Menu prices are inclusive of GST and include basic table settings which may vary depending on your type of menu, however glass ware is not included but can be available at an extra charge.

Staffing 

Please ask for a quote for staffing guide, this can/will change depending on your style of function/food.

Recommended wait staff for buffet is 1 per 40pax
Recommended wait staff for plated set menus is 1 per 15pax
Recommended wait staff for cocktail functions is 1 per 40pax
Recommended bar staff 1 per 40pax

Confirmation / Payment

To secure your special occasion with The Catering Factory a completed booking form is required along with a deposit of $500. This amount will be deducted of your total bill. Full payment and final numbers will be required 7 days prior to the date of your function
